Meet Holly Collins
Finding a therapist is an act of courage and a step toward living with more clarity, connection, and authenticity. Under the supervision of Dr. Tina D. Hoffman, Holly Collins, MS, brings a grounded, collaborative, and deeply human approach to therapy. As an Army Veteran with 15 years of experience in community mental health, she works from a humanistic orientation guided by a client-centered and social-justice perspective that honors the lived experiences, strengths, and cultural identities of every person she meets.
Holly believes therapy is most powerful when it feels like a partnership. She strives to create a space where you can be fully yourself—where your story is met with curiosity, respect, and compassion—as you explore what brings you into the room. Together, you’ll look not only at symptoms or challenges, but also the deeper questions that lie beneath. Her work emphasizes purpose, meaning, authenticity, and healing, while cultivating empowerment, self-awareness, presence, balance, and connection.
