Meet Dr. Jihan Najjar

Throughout life, you may have faced injustices that made you question your worth, your identity, or your place in the world. Dr. Jihan Najjar offers a healing space where you can be fully seen, affirmed, and supported as you reclaim your power, process past harm, and move toward a more connected and fulfilling life.

Dr. Najjar’s approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Her work is especially attuned to the impact of trauma, systemic oppression, and the intersections of identity, and she believes deeply in your capacity to grow, heal, and thrive—even in the face of difficulty.

Dr. Najjar's Approach

Dr. Najjar’s therapeutic style is relational and liberation-oriented. This means she prioritizes a safe, trusting relationship with you as the foundation for meaningful work—and she centers healing that addresses not just personal pain, but the systems and stories that may have contributed to it.

Her goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and connected to your own inner strength. Therapy with Dr. Najjar is collaborative, intuitive, and deeply affirming.

Dr. Najjar is also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, and brings clinical expertise alongside deep compassion and insight.

Her work integrates multicultural awareness, trauma-informed care, and a belief in your ability to heal and self-advocate. She has extensive training and experience supporting clients navigating:
