
Meet Paige Ravenscroft
Paige Ravenscroft is a second-year PhD Clinical Psychology student at Fielding Graduate University, completing a year-long practicum at Phoenix Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Tina D. Hoffman. She holds an MS in Psychology from Arizona State University and works with adults using a compassionate, collaborative approach that emphasizes attentive listening, reflection, and meaningful change.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress and burnout, life transitions, chronic illness and pain, caregiving, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, and supporting athletes and others navigating injury recovery, identity shifts, and role or career transitions.
Paige's Approach
Paige takes a collaborative, intentional approach to therapy that blends reflection with practical support, helping clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building coping strategies for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
She tailors therapy to each client’s goals and circumstances, with clinical interests including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, life transitions and identity shifts, adjustment to chronic illness or injury, caregiver stress and anticipatory grief, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, and academic, career, or athletic performance-related stress.
