Meet Dr. Will Wysocki, Psy.D, LIMHP

Sometimes when life has us down, anxious, or dysregulated, it's easy to feel "broken" or like something's wrong with us.

One way to feel better is by connecting with a responsive therapist who can help you build new, stronger connections—with yourself and with others.

That's why Dr. Wysocki believes we are both born in relationship and healed in relationship, too.

Dr. Wysocki's Approach

Dr. Will Wysocki (he/him) has spent more than 20 years in the mental health field, including 16 years providing psychotherapy to adults across the lifespan. He currently offers in-person and telehealth services to clients in Nebraska. Dr. Wysocki was diagnosed with autism and ADHD in midlife, and that experience shapes how he works with clients. He strives to provide neuro-affirming care, particularly for autistic adults, while welcoming anyone navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, or difficulties with personality functioning.

Will views people through an attachment-based lens and believes secure attachment can be earned, even without a secure foundation in childhood. He uses diagnostic frameworks pragmatically rather than treating them as the whole picture. As a practical integrationist rather than a one-size-fits-all clinician, he draws from Trauma Model Therapy, attachment-focused approaches—including experience with Dynamic Attachment Repatterning—and somatic methods such as Brainspotting. He also values coordinating with clients’ other providers to support care for the whole person.

Dr. Wysocki approaches therapy as a partnership. Together, he and his clients explore the patterns beneath their symptoms and identify what genuinely helps rather than relying on a formula.
