Group therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to connect with others, gain new perspectives, and better understand yourself and your relationships.


At Phoenix Psychology, groups are led by trained clinicians and provide opportunities to share experiences, receive support, and build greater self-awareness alongside others. Contact us to get started.

Abstract Purple Waves

Tuesday Group

 Interpersonal process therapy group for adult neurodivergent women. Tuesdays from 4 to 5:30 pm. This is a closed group. A 30-minute pre-group meeting is required.

Abstract Color Waves

Wednesday Group

Interpersonal process therapy group for adults, open to any presenting concern. Wednesdays from 12:30 to 2 pm. This is a closed group. A 30-minute pre-group meeting is required.
